Many people always ask me how do I keep my nails strong and long, but  didn't have an answer. The thing that they didn't know that I always have chipped and broken nails but they don't notice them at that point. Anyways, I found this easy way... just soak your nails everyday in milk for 10 minutes. Easy isn't it? I personally do it before I go to sleep. You'll have longer and stronger nails and even whiter in no time!

-The Body Shop mango body butter, i have so many body butters but for some reason i fell in love with this one. I love how it makes my skin so silky smooth and it also gives me a glow. The only downside is that it's kind of sticky when u first apply it.
