My Healthy Lifestyle

I've always loved fast food and sodas but in the past couple of months i decided to change for good. Why did i suddenly wanted to change? because i noticed that my BMI is close to the over weight section. From that day i decided to educate myself about what i put in my mouth. I stopped drinking energy drinks, sodas and eating fast food. Although at that time i used to eat certain things that are full of sugar and carbohydrates.

I'm someone who never takes care of my skin but i recently started caring and trying out different things. That's why i'm always updating my skin care routine and it's good for your skin so it won't get used to a certain product. Although some things take a lot of time to go through but still i always change what i use.

انا وحده عمري ما كنت اهتم ببشرتي بس لمن قريب بدأت اهتم فيها و اجرب اشياء مختلفه. عشان كدا كل شويا الروتين حقي يتغير و كمانا كويس للبشره انها 

ما تتعرد على منتج معين. مع انو ف اشياء استخدمها ما اتغيرت من فتره بس عشان مو راضيه تخلص.

The lucky me got invited to Glam Glow Girl fall event at Maison bo-m last Wednesday. They had some designer statement pieces on display for fall/winter 2013.

Many girls on instagram asked me how I take care of my bleached ends and hair in general, but most of the products I use are not available in SA but you can order them online or find dupes for them. Anyways, I always brush my hair before I shower so the masks I put will get to each and every hair strand and I won't have to brush it while it's wet. 

كتير بنات في الانستجرام سألوني عن عنايتي بشعري خصوصا بعد ما صبغته. بس ما كنت ابغى اكتب عنه لانه اغلب المنتجات اللي استخدمها مو متوفره في السعوديه بس تقدروا تطلبوها اونلاين او تشتروا شيء قريب منها او بديل لها. المهم، انا دائما قبل ما اغسل شعري لازم اسرحه (امشطه) عشان لمن احط الماسكات توصل لكل خصله و ما يحتاج اسرحه و هوا مبلول و اخربه.

Many people always ask me how do I keep my nails strong and long, but  didn't have an answer. The thing that they didn't know that I always have chipped and broken nails but they don't notice them at that point. Anyways, I found this easy way... just soak your nails everyday in milk for 10 minutes. Easy isn't it? I personally do it before I go to sleep. You'll have longer and stronger nails and even whiter in no time!

-The Body Shop mango body butter, i have so many body butters but for some reason i fell in love with this one. I love how it makes my skin so silky smooth and it also gives me a glow. The only downside is that it's kind of sticky when u first apply it.
