I've always loved fast food and sodas but in the past couple of months i decided to change for good. Why did i suddenly wanted to change? because i noticed that my BMI is close to the over weight section. From that day i decided to educate myself about what i put in my mouth. I stopped drinking energy drinks, sodas and eating fast food. Although at that time i used to eat certain things that are full of sugar and carbohydrates.

I'm someone who never takes care of my skin but i recently started caring and trying out different things. That's why i'm always updating my skin care routine and it's good for your skin so it won't get used to a certain product. Although some things take a lot of time to go through but still i always change what i use.

انا وحده عمري ما كنت اهتم ببشرتي بس لمن قريب بدأت اهتم فيها و اجرب اشياء مختلفه. عشان كدا كل شويا الروتين حقي يتغير و كمانا كويس للبشره انها 

ما تتعرد على منتج معين. مع انو ف اشياء استخدمها ما اتغيرت من فتره بس عشان مو راضيه تخلص.

خفيضات الجمعه في امريكا اللي ممكن توصل ل٩٠٪ حتكون يوم الجمعه ٢٨ نوڤمبر و بعض المحلات حتكون من يوم الخميس مسويتها و بعضها زي امازون من بدايه الاسبوع بدؤوا !!!
